Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website (such as during high-demand periods or special promotions).
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most addresses worldwide. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

- Domestic (U.S.): USPS and UPS
- International: DHL, UPS, and USPS International
Carrier selection is determined based on the most efficient and reliable option for your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the destination.
- Product weights are listed on each product page
- All shipment weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with carrier policies
International Shipping
International delivery times can vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not control transit times once a package leaves our facility.
- DHL is typically the fastest international option when available
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
- These fees are not included in your order total and are outside of our control

Lost Package Policy
At Big7Kits.com, we understand how frustrating it can be when a package is delayed or goes missing. To provide peace of mind, we offer optional Package Protection at checkout.
Package Protection (Recommended)
If Package Protection is purchased, we will replace your order if it is confirmed lost—no hassle.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The customer must first contact the shipping carrier and report the package as lost
- The customer must check with neighbors or household members to ensure the package was not misdelivered
- The customer must wait 5 days after reporting the issue to the carrier to allow time for delivery updates or recovery
Once these steps are completed, we will promptly ship a replacement order at no additional cost.
Orders Without Package Protection
If Package Protection is not selected at checkout:
- The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a lost package claim
- Big7Kits.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier
- In many cases, packages may still arrive after being marked delayed or temporarily lost, so we recommend allowing additional time for delivery
Important Notes
- Big7Kits.com does not guarantee replacement or refunds for lost packages without Package Protection
- Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our facility
- We are happy to assist with tracking information, but claims must be handled directly with the carrier if protection was not purchased
